Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of buttermilk biscuits with butter
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Lay out the biscuits on a spacious cutting board.
  • Gently flatten the biscuits into sizeable circles using a rolling pin.
  • Arrange the flattened circles in the air fryer basket, ensuring to spray the basket with olive oil to prevent sticking. You can typically fit two at a time to avoid overcrowding, as they expand during cooking.
  • Set the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F on the air fryer setting and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Continue cooking the biscuits in pairs until all are done. Place them on a plate.
  • Once cooked, spread melted butter on the dough and generously sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and/or ground cinnamon.
