  • 3-5 Ripe banana (mashed)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter (melted) or oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
